    Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact. We will only process refunds after inspecting the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • Customers are encouraged to take clear photos of any issues with the item before initiating a return.

  • Attach photos of the problem in the email for a quicker resolution.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions promptly.
  1. Size Issues
    Returns for wrong sizes are not accepted unless approved via email by our help desk. Please contact help@rosaseine.com before returning the item for size-related concerns.

  2. Return Shipping Fee

    • A flat-rate return shipping fee of AED 30.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Exceptions may apply if prior approval is granted by our help desk.
  1. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will only be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
